- Make myself available to field calls, respond to agents, buyers, internet inquiries, show the property, and supply information to the proper channels

- Continual follow up on buyer financing, while tracking the escrow

In order to properly implement my marketing campaign, the potential listing must be qualified. Your property will have to meet the following criteria:
- The property is being offered for sale by sellers motivated to sell
- The property is competitively priced
- The sellers are willing to properly stage and position the property for the current market conditions
- The property is available for showing unless noted prior to listing
- The listing must be of a sufficient term to execute the marketing campaign
Unless the above conditions can be met, I will be unable to properly represent you as a client and professionally represent your listing. I do not accept overpriced listings as it is a disservice to my clients and to the professional real estate industry.
